We're pleased to let you know that we have extended our returns policy to the below during the festive period which is applies to orders placed from the 1st November 2024 until 15th January 2025.

UK: customers will have 45 days to return their order for a refund, exchange or store credit. This is from the date the order was placed.

International: customers will have 60 days to return their order for a refund, exchange or store credit. This is from the date the order was placed.

Please note the extended returns policy ends 15th January 2025 where our return timeframes will revert back to 21 days (UK) / 30 days (International) to receive a refund or an exchange and 30 days (UK) / 45 days (International) to receive store credit.
