As always, we'll be working hard behind the scenes to make sure you receive your parcel on time for the festivities over the holiday period.
Will my order arrive before the 25th December?
To guarantee delivery before Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please place your order by our specified cut-off dates. You can find our cut-off dates and times by country on our delivery page.
How long do I have to return?
We're pleased to let you know that we've extended our returns policy during the festive period, for orders placed from the 1st November 2024 until 15th January 2025.
UK Customers: You have 45 days to return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit. This is from the date your order was placed.
International Customers: You have 60 days to return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit. This is from the date your order was placed.
Our extended returns policy ends on the 15th January 2025, where our return timeframes will revert back to 21 days (UK) / 30 days (International) to receive a refund or exchange, extended to 30 days (UK) / 45 days (International) to receive store credit.
Please note, your return doesn't need to arrive back to Oh Polly within this timeframe. It just needs to be posted back by then.

Can I buy a gift card?
Spread the festive cheer this holiday season with the perfect gift!
Our e-gift cards are available in £10, £25, £50 & £100 denominations and can be used for any product on our website. You can check them out here.
Once ordered, you will receive an email with your gift card code and instructions on how to redeem it at checkout. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards expire after 5 years.
When are you available if I need to contact customer care?
Our dedicated customer care team will be available to support you with any help you need. Our team are 24/7 with a few exceptions over the festive period. Please find details below:
Until 23rd December: 24/7
24th December: Until 8pm GMT
25th December: Closed
26th December: From 8am GMT
31st December: Until 8pm GMT
1st January: Reduced hours
2nd January onwards: 24/7
