If you have big boobs size up, technically I am a size four, but my boobs are not. I didn’t size up because the waists would have been big. I had the dress altered and it fit like a glove! Ig is harder to make a dress larger than smaller, so I would size up if you have big boobs then have the waists area altered to snatch you.
